I am on a mission to raise £5000 for Dementia UK, an incredible charity that helps families face the harsh reality of seeing a loved one slip away, but being all there physically. Having been affected by Dementia myself, I know how hard it can be.

I will be raising this money through a series of events, personal challenges and anything that comes to mind! I won't stop until I have raised the target!
