Story

Our beloved Grandad sadly passed away in September. He was one of many who went through the brave battle against cancer and we want to face our own challenge in memory of him. So, two sets of twins, the Langfields and the Hillarys are joining forces to take on the Yorkshire three peaks. Many of you will know our Grandad was a great character and family man; a proud owner of South Yorkshire marble- hence the Yorkshire theme. We have decided to give our funds to Macmillan Cancer Support as they went above and beyond to support Grandad and our family, ensuring he could spend his final weeks comfortably at home with those he loved. Any donation big or small will mean so much. Grandad, we miss you and we hope we can make you proud!

Having known each other from school, this quartet are ready and raring to tackle the three peaks. Training goes back a long way to Duke of Edinburgh where Charlie and Gina didn't get off to the best of starts, having to call the emergency minibus out half way. With Harriet having taken him under her wing we are sure that this time round we will make it to the finish line in one piece. We are delighted to have the likes of Guy on board who will definitely keep morale high.

We will all be training hard hoping to make it 24 miles in under 12 hours, up Yorkshire's three best peaks. Hopefully the Surrey boys can hack this Northern expedition and Harriet and Charlie are still together at the finish line.
