Harriet 's Raising money for The Little Princess Trust

Raising money for The Little Princess Trust · 1 February 2020
Unfortunately, recently I’ve had to face loosing my hair 😢It’s been awful and my worst nightmare, everyone who knows me probably knows I had the biggest craziest hair which made me ME. 😜 Loosing that has been harder than I ever imagined. It’s put me and my family in a position where we’ve had to look at wigs and hair pieces for the first time. This morning my mum took me for my first wig❤️.
Only when I saw the prices of wigs did I realise just how lucky I really am to not only have the best parents who were supporting me through it but also ones who could afford to buy me a wig (they are so horribly expensive.) It made me reflect about how lucky I am and think of the little girls (and big girls) that may not be lucky enough to be able to have wigs bought for them. Which made me want to write this post to try and spread some awareness about the little princess trust and raise some money for such an amazing charity.
A little bit from the charity...
When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever. Promise. Please visit us at www.littleprincesses.org.uk to find out how you can help us give young people back what cancer takes away. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.
