On Saturday 13 July we are taking part in the British Heart Foundation’s London to Brighton Bike Ride. We will set off from London at midnight and make our way through 60+ miles of the lovely countryside and over the South Downs to Brighton. Except that it will be pitch dark and we won't see the hills or potholes coming our way. We are taking part to raise for the British Heart Foundation to help them beat heart disease. Any donations you could send our way would be much appreciated. We are hoping we won’t need roadside assistance from the BHF along the way but seeing as Harriet hasn’t been on a bicycle for almost a decade, it really will be quite a challenge, add to this the fact that neither of us can see in the dark, our sense of humour is going to be put to the test too!
