Hi everyone! 8 years after the end of my short and not particularly successful career as a high school distance runner, I am putting my trainers back on and running the Manchester Half Marathon to raise money for Alzheimers UK. Alzheimers has affected my family in recent years, as it has many other families around the world. I would be so so grateful for any donations, and given the fact I've recently been too busy with work to get much training in, I am going to need the thought that my pain and suffering is helping to raise money for a good cause to get me round the course!
