I am so proud to be able to share my latest song. I am trying to raise awareness and money for the amazing mental health charity Solent Mind who are there to help people across Hampshire and have continued to do so during lockdown. The song was inspired by the many stories in the news about mental health issues and people close to me who suffer, the idea behind the video is to show that there are others out there feeling the same and that it is ok to open up, this is particularly relevant during these difficult times.

A special thank you goes to the many people involved in the video it is a really difficult subject so I am so grateful to you all for being a big part of getting this important message out there.
