Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

We (Hilary and I)  have decided to  challenge ourselves and ride (cycle) the length of this wonderful country of ours. The famous or some would say infamous  Lands End  to John O'Groats  route is now fast approaching...and the training is getting ever more intensive!

The ride  will be to raise money for Parkinsons UK  as both Hilary's mum and uncle died of this devastating disease.  We have linked up with the North Birmingham branch, and seen first hand the work that they do in supporting people suffering from this condition. It was a very humbling experience.  But they need help. It costs £40,000 per year to support the 160 members  that they have at present and that is where we come in.  We are doing our bit to contribute to that total and need your help too!
