Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Starting in Monday 5th December and ending at 2pm on Friday 9th December December, we (Mahathir, Kit and Angus) will be taking part in the Spear Christmas Row-Off.

This entails a rowing challenge in which, for every £5 that is donated, one of us will row 500m on a rowing machine. We are aiming to row over 15Km each over the week which amounts to over £150 raised each.

We are rowing for Spear, a charity which helps those between 16-24, who have had a tougher childhood and who are struggling for employment and need education and training. Our fundraiser will specifically be helping the Spear Centre in Harrow, helping those who are less fortunate in the area around our school.

We hope you can take a minute out of your day to donate £5 (or more) to this worthy cause. The more donated the tougher it is going to be for us and the more beneficial it will be to those in need of a job and education. So please, don't feel guilty for making us row for endless hours - just donate. We are competing against huge corporates as well so I think we need all the help we can.
