We were fortunate enough to win the opportunity to represent Shooting Star Chase, a great local charity who have been partners with our employers Reed Exhibitions. 

Shooting Star Chase have two local hospices, one in Guildford and one in Hampton (very close to our work office here in Richmond). 

After visiting the hospice in Hampton, you begin to understand the great work Shooting Star provide for local families and children with illnesses which mean they won't live to experience being an adult. Something we all take for granted.

The energy and facilities at the hospice bring an environment for families to find happiness and support. That is the key learning we took away, Shooting Star Chase do really make a difference in the lives of these terminally ill children and families.

The London Marathon on April 28th, provides a great opportunity for both of us to achieve a life long dream and to raise awareness and donations for this great charity.
