Tania Cole and myself will be taking part in Cardiff Half Marathon on 7th October to raise funds for the Helping Harry get SDR.  

Harry was born prematurely at 31 weeks and at the age of one was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (spastic Diplegia).  This operation will give Harry a better outlook, take his pain away and help him get around easier.  Unfortunately, the SDR operation is not funded via the NHS and is an extremely costly operation.

So let's help Harry out and donate whatever you can.  Let the training commence.
