On 24th September, myself and friends and colleagues from Kefron will be running a 10km Tough Mudder Obstacle Course for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Like almost every other family, Cancer has impacted my family's lives on several occasions. Macmillan have been there to support my mum after my Grandma sadly passed away. That's why I'm extremely happy and proud to be raising money for such a great cause.

Anything you are able to give would be hugely appreciated and I know it will go towards helping families like my own and maybe yours.
