Myself, along with colleagues, friends and family are raising money for the charity '4Louis' as they provided invaluable support after we lost our daughter Josie last year, at just 20 months old.

She will be forever in our hearts and memories; and was just the most special, happy, fun and magical little girl.

We would love you to join us on the ride but do let us know beforehand please - the more the merrier! We are having specific cycling Jerseys made.

Some of us haven't ridden a bike in years, let alone 100 miles - so this will be no mean feat!
