I’ve decided that this year I’m going to run my first Great North Run to help raise funds for the Eden Valley Hospice & Jigsaw. A local charity that is close to the hearts of many people in and around Carlisle. They provide care for those with life limiting illnesses and the hospice can only run their services through the donations from events such as the Great North Run.
