Story

Hello it’s Harry again,

As many are aware I was recently diagnosed with ETP ALL.

In just over the last week I have completed 75 miles on the exercise bike in the ward donated by Friends of the cancer centre. I have been thinking of my own way to raise some money for a charity that will be a little closer to my heart while I’m on my journey. I have decided I will be completing a sponsored cycle and any money raised will go towards Friends of the cancer centre.

My aim is to complete as many miles as possible on the bike in the months I will be here to give myself a focus, to help inspire other patients on the ward and to provide essential funding for cancer patients in Northern Ireland.

Friends of the cancer centre is an amazing charity that has already greatly supported me in the few weeks I have been in the hospital through Patient Care, Patient Comfort and Research. The money put into the research stays in NI and benefits local people.

All I ask is that instead of supplying my belly with snacks, donate to my cycle instead 🚴‍♂️ I will keep it accountable with updates on my progress on my Instagram story. There will be days where I cannot get on the bike however it’s all about getting up the next day and going again. Your support motivates me. Let’s inspire each other and help where we can. Keep on smiling💪

Please share and the link for the donation is in my bio🚴‍♂️😁
