Story

I am planning to ride my bike Coast to Coast to raise money for Cancer Research with my 2 friends, Greg and Luke.  The route is, the Tim Woodcock route, 210 miles from St Bees to Robin Hoods Bay.  This is mainly off road or on B roads.  I will start on Thursday, 27 June and be home (hopefully) on Monday 1 July.

I am doing this for my cousin and this is her story

In December 2012, Gemma Carberry was diagnosed with breast cancer. At 29 years old Gemma is full of life, wife to Ian and mother to their two boys Leighton (4) and Owen (1). Gemma works full-time for Stockton Borough Council for the 'Care For Your Area' team. Her diagnosis came as a huge shock to everyone, Gemma and Ian's families and all of their friends.

Gemma has undergone two operations and had chemotherapy now she has radiation treatment. Charities like Breast Cancer Care are critical in Gemma's challenge to beat breast cancer.

So please dig deep and donate now.
