I am running the 2023 Barcelona Marathon in memory of my Grandpa who passed away from prostate cancer and in order to raise funds for Cynthia Spencer who provided care for him in the final stages of his life.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides a holistic and individualised approach in a safe and caring environment, to give exceptional specialist palliative care to patients and families with life limiting illnesses - supporting them to live their lives, with dignity, kindness and compassion.
