Story

A couple of years back now my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. Fortunately she was treated and made a full recovery. Others are not so lucky.

BUST, a Bristol based charity, raise money to provide the breast cancer care unit at Southmead Hospital with the latest equipment to continue the ongoing fight with breast cancer. As someone directly affected by the issue it only makes sense that I do something positive with my running and help to raise money for this charity.

I feel the distance of the run needs to be something significant in length to warrant it being a real challenge. I have chosen the Cotswold Way as my route. This hilly 102 mile trek runs through the hills and valleys of the Cotswolds in South West England. I aim to run the route in 4 days, this will take place from Sept 30 to Oct 3.

Any donations are immensely appreciated.
