Story

We are choosing to lose something we love for 48 hours to support Christians around the world who have lost everything they have because of their faith.

We are standing up for these Christians by raising awareness, praying and losing something we love to support them. Many Christians around the world have lost family, home, friends, safety and freedom because of their faith. They are beaten, tortured, imprisoned, falsely accused and hated because they are Christians. Open Doors provides practical and physical support, training and help to those who are at risk for following Jesus.

We are taking part in the Blackout for these Christians. Please sponsor us!

  • £6 could provide a single survival pack for a secret Christian in North Korea, the most hostile place in the world to be a Christian
  • £22 could provide a month’s school fees for a child who has lost a parent or been orphaned due to persecution
  • £60 could provide access to a safe house for a Christian fleeing extreme persecution
