Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I decided not to create the page until I completed the race this year as I wasn’t sure I was going to make it round as it was. Even better, I took a knock to my left knee in rugby on Saturday and could barely walk this morning. None the less, I couldn’t stop thinking about the pain and suffering 1000’s of people endure every year, and decided I had to at least give it a go. 

Dorothy house has been close to my family for years and years and the work they do to support families and patients themselves is priceless, and I needed to give something back. 

This year I have ran in memory of my mother, Lizzie, Uncles Marcus and Mark, my late Grandmother Sue who passed away in Janurary after a short battle with Cancer and anyone else who has been affected by the disease. 

I managed to complete the race is 2:11mins which I am extremely proud of, as many of you know, I am not built for long distance running, so couldn’t bring myself to train either!
