On 12th February 2010 I will be joining Lawrence Dallaglio and some other nutters to cycle from Rome to Nice. This is part of the Dallaglio Cycle Slam which will actually involve cycling the 2,800 kms between all of the 6 Nations Rugby grounds. We are aiming to raise over £1million for Sport Relief and the Dallaglio foundation (which in turn will donate to Cancer Research, Help For Heroes, The RPA Benevolant Fund, Leukaemia Research and DebRA). All very worthy charities.  

I am cycling the first 5 days - the coldest and hilliest leg of 662 kms through the Southern Alps. I would be most grateful for any support you can give us.
