Lancashire Mind are a charity that focus on Mental Health in my county. I have seen the work they do first hand and they have helped my brother out when he was in a tough spot. He is now at University training to become a counsellor.

Mental Health is an underfunded area in this country and it's something I passionately believe needs to change. Charities like Lancashire Mind do great work with workplaces and schools, as well as offering help for those who need, so I couldn't think of a more worthwhile cause :)
