Refugees often are forced to travel hundreds of miles on foot to reach safety - which may not even be guaranteed. 

Over the month of November I will be running/walking/cycling 100 miles in support of Refugee Crisis Foundation, to help them provide health care and necessities to those in need.

With a 100% donation policy you can be sure every penny you donate will go a long way in helping those most vulnerable survive inshallah. 

This year we have decided to split our funds between helping the displaced flood population in Pakistan and the rest towards running our other RCF projects this year.
