Parrots go Ghost Hunting · 9 August 2014

Lincolnshire Wildlife Park incorporating The National Parrot Sanctuary, provides rescue facilities for needy animals specialising in Parrots and Tigers in order to offer them long term care and sanctuary. We feel these animals need more than just being passed from home to home.

Story

On 9th August Rich and I will be once again donning our Parrot Costumes and spending a night in Nottingham's Galleries of Justice building.  A site of a former prison and execution site it's reportedly one of Britain's most haunted buildings.

Can our two intrepid Parrots make like Venkman, Stantz, Spengler and Zeddemore and find some ghosts?  Or will we just freeze our feathers off, arriving at the venue at 9pm for a seven hour overnight stint.

By sponsoring the Parrot Zoo you will be helping literally thousands of birds abandoned through mistreatment or changing circumstance continue to live a full and happy life in this Lincolnshire idyll (which we also highly recommend visiting for a day!)
