Afghanistan Earthquake Emergency Response · 23 June 2022

Afghanistan COVID-19 Emergency Response Appeal is formed of UK-based and international Afghan charities, health and professional associations. This pandemic presents an opportunity for "unity in isolation" fulfilling our duty of helping the vulnerable and lifting thousands of people out of famine.

Story

Hayat foundation is undertaking an emergency response appeal to collect funds for thousands of families that have lost loved ones and their entire livelihoods as a result of the powerful earthquake that struck the regions of Khost and Paktika on Wednesday morning 22.06.22.

The people of Afghanistan have been cut off from the rest of the world since August last year when most international aid agencies stopped operating in the region due to the regime change. This natural disaster has made the already dire humanitarian situation worse.

With your help and support we will be able to deliver life saving aid to the thousands of people affected by this earthquake.

Please donate generously. The people of Afghanistan are counting on us during these unprecedented and challenging times.

Thank you!
