Story

I found out I was pregnant accidentally when I wasn’t trying as I was on the pill.  So it was a shock and I felt like it would be a boy so I nicknamed him KB for my little kidney bean (cause that’s what he looked like on a scan) I was only 2 weeks pregnant, at 10 weeks I lost him! I was devastated!

I went for tests and it turned out I had polycystic ovaries, so they didn’t work properly, and then the second pregnancy I lost again! I was dragged into hospital every 48 hours to have my blood tested to see if my hormones doubled… when they dropped I was told I’d lose the pregnancy!

Third time I was again dragged into hospital every 48 hours for blood tests (this was 3 years later after the first pregnancy as I don’t produce eggs properly!) again I was told it wasn’t viable and my hormones hadn’t doubled as they should but I had a different feeling this time and said it was lucky my ‘golden nugget’ next 48 hours she’d tripled I was over the moon!! At 30+ weeks I was rushed into hospital with pains and they thought she was coming I had to have steroid shots and everything and then it just stopped after 2 days in hospital!

My due date came and went and I had a sweep then had to be induced, even then she wouldn’t come and after 46 hours I had to have an emergency c section as her head was swelling! It wasn’t easy and it tested me but I have my rainbow baby and I love her more than anything ❤️❤️
