Story
We are raising money for the Notts and Lincs Air Ambulance in memory of Amelia Wood who was died in a RTA in March 2018.
The Air Ambulance amazing crew tried so desperately to save Amelia but the impact of the 4x4 wheel was too much. They ventilated Amelia and flew her to QMC in Nottingham. If they had not responded so quickly I doubt Amelia would have been able to donate her organs and give hope to four other families.
The Air Ambulance is not government funded yet saves so many lives delay, each rescue costs approx. £12k. They have been flying for 25 years and hope to raise enough money for night time emergencies.
Dig deep and support our fundraiser, we are walking twenty six gruelling miles over the Yorkshire three peaks on the 27th July. You never know when you may need the Air Ambulance.
