Some of you may already know that Rachels 5 year old cousin Ollie, was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in December. He wasnt expected to make Christmas, but he was a real fighter and only gave into this terrible disease on Sunday 27th February, just a day before his 6th birthday.

During his last few months he was looked after by the amazing people at Helen & Douglas House Hospice in Oxford, where the whole family was cared for.

Helen & Douglas House is a registered charity providing respite, emergency and end of life care for children and young adults with life shortening conditions, as well as help and support for the whole family. The two hospice houses are bright, vibrant and positive places where the emphasis is on living life to the full, even when that life may be short.

What we can do for Helen & Douglas House is to ensure that Ollie's legacy is to help them continue with the amazing work they do for families like Rachels and to that end we want to raise as much money as possible to help them carry on that work. It costs over £4m per annum to run the two houses, so as you can imagine, every single penny counts.
