On Sunday 16th July at Missoula, Solihull I will be doing a raffle, live music to start at 6pm by Roy Forbes Trio and going round with collection tins to make people aware about mental health as it always gets unnoticed and pushed to one side! This is very personal to me as I have suffered with depression and anxiety for 10 years and unfortunately I will be on medication for the rest of my life as I have a chemical imbalance that is only controlled with anti-depressants.
