Story

These bios are pretty tough to write. Thank you to everyone who helped me raise money for mind last year, I cried on training runs, the start line and the finish line. This year I've chosen another mental health charity that also does some incredible work.

I'll be running in memory of George Chiverton, an old school colleague and friend lost in 2015. No matter of miles can bring George or any of the other lives lost to suicide back. But hopefully your pennies can help offer support and reading this might remind some people how important it is to look after ourselves and others.

George was an incredible human being, he made intense impacts on everyone he knew. I wish he knew how much positivity he brought into my life in just the years we knew each other.

Running is nothing compared to the fight and struggle of mental health problems. However running this event gives me the chance to get you all to support a great charity.
