A few members of the Lotus Women's Community are taking part in Trek24, a 24km charity walk to raise money for East Anglian Air Ambulance. Any donations, no matter how big or small, would bring us closer to our target - each of us is aiming to raise a minimum of £150!

I recall my dad needing the services of the air ambulance after a fall from a horse. They were able to get him to hospital in a timely manner after he managed to puncture a lung. Without the air ambulance I dread to think what could of happened.

Help me to support the air ambulance service so they can continue to save lives.
