Macmillan is a cause close to my heart as they gave the most amazing support to my Dad during his treatment for his rare blood condition. I would really like to show them how grateful I am and would like to raise some money as a way of saying thanks for looking after him.

I am donning my running trainers and hitting the pavements. However, if you know me, you know I like to do things with a difference.........so the distance that I have to run is completely in the hands of my donators!

Every £1 I receive in donations is a quarter of a mile (e.g. £4 in donations means I have to run 1 mile, £40 in donations means I have to run 10 miles, £400 means I have to run 100 miles!)  

All of the running will take place over the 31 days of May 2017 and I will be posting evidence of my runs on my Facebook page using 'Map My Run' so you can all keep an eye on me!
