Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  In my line of work (HR), I meet so many people who are facing their own challenges with their mental health and I know that organisations providing support for them have limited resources.  I am also aware of the impact on their own families who may also need support at a challenging time. I am delighted therefore to step out of my comfort zone to support such a worthwhile charity that "makes sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone".  I'll be training hard over the 8 weeks leading up to 10th & 11th May, learning the Waltz and Jive!  It may be terrifying at times, particularly having to dance in front of a 250 strong audience on each night, but I'm also sure it will be great fun and I will be so glad to have raised much needed funds for such a wonderful charity!
