Hello everyone.

 

I have been a bit late settig this up. but yesterday I walked 15 miles..it took seven hours and I am feeling it today ! :)

 

This was to fight Motor Neurone Disease...M.N.D normally takes  life within 14 months..there is no cure and is devestating to the sufferers and those around them...
