On the 22nd June starting at 7am until dusk I shall be playing three rounds of golf to raise money for the Alzheimers Society.

Alzheimer’s is a cruel, uncompromising and as-yet, incurable disease. Dementia research is desperately underfunded and five times fewer researchers work on dementia than on cancer.  And those  with dementia and the families that care for them  have been waiting almost 20 years for any  new drug treatment for this ruthless disease.

Alzheimers Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
