Dornoch Beach Wheelchairs is a Scottish Charity that believes that everyone has the right to enjoy our beautiful beaches.  This service is unique to the North of Scotland and where better to begin than beautiful Dornoch! 

People of any age can find themselves unable to access our beautiful beaches. Physical disability can arise for many reasons from lifelong health conditions to general infirmity, accidents and many more reasons. Hard work by a dedicated team of volunteers runs a shed housing the wheelchairs.  They hire out beach wheelchairs free of charge based at the Dornoch Beach car park. 

My family and friends have benefitted from this fantastic service, and so I though this would be my local charity of choice for the Kiltwalk 2023.

I had created 2 pages by mistake - so I have cancelled one and the donation from there £20 has already gone to the Dornoch Beach Wheelchairs.
