H Bell & Sons Rochdale Ltd a fourth generation family business has taken on The Springhill Hospice Corporate Challenge as part of the Hospice 30th Anniversary. It challenges businesses to change £30 into as much money as possible in 3 months with all proffit going to support the Hospice. H Bells has various activities ongoing, we are doing Charity Football cards, Name the Teddy, an office Tuck Shop, Staff Car wash and collecting donations from those unable to access our events. It costs £3 million a year to keep the doors of Springhill Hospice open. The services provided are free of charge. They care for adults aged 18 and over with a life limiting illness. As well as caring for in-patients they also provide respite care, pain and symptom control, counselling for patients and family members, a day hospice for out-patients, hospice care in the home and bereavement advice.
