Its been some time since I first caught the cycling bug ...... over the past few years I have covered thousands of miles, broken a few bones, acquired many bikes and purchased far far too much dodgy lycra

As you may well know, my usual charity bike ride is a nice little run "downhill" to Brighton but this year I have found myself committed to a slightly greater challenge -  this year's event sees me covering about 500km over 5 days in Israel on behalf of UJIA. As you might guess, in order for this event to be a success, two things need to happen:

1) I need to train really hard, wear qestionable lycra, and generally get very hot, sweaty and thoroughly exhausted
