We are HD Support Squad and this is our story.

We are a group of friends who started fundraising for Huntington's Disease Association in 2018. A much loved family member of two of the squad members is in the late stages of the disease and has been battling the condition for over 16yrs.

Seeing and feeling the impact of the deterioration, and the struggles experienced by the family to provide essential care and support was the inspiration for the squad to begin fundraising.

Our fundraising journey has not only helped raise much needed funds for hda.org.uk but has been a source of positivity, focus and motivation.

 The Huntington's Disease Association supports anyone who is affected by Huntington's disease across England and Wales. We pursue the best possible care; provide training & advice to families and professionals; raise awareness, and promote research towards better treatment and care.
