The Hearts and Minds Walk for Organ Donation Week · 18 September 2022
We aim to help bereaved children through treasuring existing memories alongside making new ones.
We provide memory boxes and supporting materials to hospitals, hospices, funeral directors and more to help professionals better support children and families experiencing bereavement.
