I'm doing as much as i can to raise money and awareness for the British Heart Foundation. Me and a band of close friends have decided to step up and help a charity that meant a lot to my fiance. He campaigned for the British Heart foundation after receiving a heart transplant in 2009. Matt was a loving, funny and talented man who brought music, laughter and life to any occassion. He has shown me what true love is and sadly I have lost him to heart disease.  If I can help one person and give the gift Matt gave me then I think its worth while.
