I am taking part in the LLHM on 7th April to help raise funds for Dementia UK. My mum suffered from dementia for several years before her death in 2017 and I am  happy to help support a charity which is there to support both those who have dementia and their families, friends and carers. It's 13 miles (!) which I plan to complete by running and walking. Thank you for reading this and if you can donate to this cause thank you again!
