Many of you know my Dad Stan Hedley as a loved one a friend colleague and to all he was a well loved man he battled with Cardiomyopathy for a number of years teamed with Atrial Fibrillation as well as many more ailments to go with it.  He suffered for years but battled on trying to live the best life he could but battled daily with his mobility caused by chronic pain of other ailments and symptoms of his heart complaints.  Suddenly on November 15th 2016 he suffered a heart attack and was taken to Sunderland Royal Hospital for care where he go further transferred to James Cook University Hospital Cardiac Unit to under go a triple heart bypass.  The James Cook University Hospital performed a successful operation but sadly three days later complications took its toll on my dad and he began to deteriorate until he sadly passed away from us on 10th December 2016. 

Before the heart attack my dad was selected to go on a trial drug for Sunderland Royal Hospital under the drug of Entresto He was finally awarded to stay on the drug which had shown an improvement in heart functionality however he was still very ill this was a bonus to us and we hoped that this could have over time given him a better quality of life if continued improvements were made due to this new drug.  Sadly he did not get to see this trial to its full potential.

It was his last dying wish for me to raise money for British Heart Foundation, James Cook CICU with a charity Evening with the things he loved the most and that was his one true love....Singing.  He could belt out a tune but sadly I don't have his confidence however have agreed to do this for him for one night only.

We have had so much support from family and friends far and wide and we would love to get to our target please help and give all you can it would be very much appreciated
