Most people who know me know the reasons for me being such a fan of cancer research uk and all the amazing work they do so i won't bore you with my sob story.

For the last 4 weeks I've been working my butt off trying to get into some sort of fitness and thought i may just need a push like embarrassing myself for charity to actually keep it up. I've walked race for life before but for your amazing support i feel i should make an effort and do something hard for your money.
