I’m not quite sure what madness came over me when I decided to do this challenge, given I have a genuine fear of the dark and the highest hill I’ve ever climbed is Ballageich, which boasts the grand old height of 333 metres! However, I do love a sunrise and where better to watch it than from the peak of the highest mountain in Scotland?

I‘ve spent 3 years now working as a fundraiser for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. I spend my days asking people to take on challenges and push themselves out of their comfort zones to raise money for a wonderful cause.  It’s about time I did what I’ve asked so many others to do, and raise some money to help the hospice care for the people of Glasgow in a way that only they can.

I see first hand, the marvellous work the hospice do day in and day out to support and care for patients, their families and loved ones. This care comes at a cost and each year they need to raise over £3 million just to keep their doors open.

Please help me do my bit and sponsor me whatever you can afford.  It’ll be worth it just to see pics of the state of me at the top I promise!
