Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of us know, Tad had a huge fright last year with a sudden heart attack. It can happen. More research is needed to identify the problems before they are one. Many of us know someone or have had heart issues themselves. We've only got one and it's important to look after it.

So, to give me a push to shift some kg and get out, I am doing the 50k off road bike ride. Any support or donation is more than welcome.
