On 7 November 2020,  I will be joining a team of Hospiscare heroes who will be setting out on a Himalayan Trek, in aid of Hospiscare. We will be trekking 53 kms down gorges, up hills, through forests, along rivers and up more hills, all to raise money for this charity! 

One of the highlights for me personally will be the time we spend volunteering at a hospice in Kathmandu, supporting patients with life limiting illnesses. 

I will be trekking in a diverse and beautiful country making new friends and having amazing experiences and raising money for a great cause.
