On 14th August 2010 Jimmy and i are taking part in the Dalsland Canoe Marathon in Sweden:

We will be kayaking for 55km or 37miles (The equivalent of kayaking up the Firth of Forth!!)  and have never in our lives been in a kayak for longer than 2 hours so it is a MAJOR challenge!! We have 5 months to train, and i will probably have Madonna arms by the time of the race so we think our effort is worthy of raising money for a charitable cause, in this case Cancer Research UK (www.cancerresearchuk.org)

Please dig deep and give generously as everyone knows someone that has been affected by cancer.
