Mewn pythefnos mi fyddaf yn rhoi cynnig ar redeg Marathon Eryri sydd yn cael ei gysidro fel un or rhai mwyaf heriol oherwydd y tirwedd ond yn un or rhai gorau oherwydd y golygfeydd! 

In a few weeks I will be attempting the Snowdonia Marathon which is considered to be one of the most difficult because of the terrain but one of the best because of the scenery!  

I gadw cwmni i mi, fe fydd Cian, Lena ac Elian hefyd yn cymeryd rhan yn y ras iau. Mi fyddan yn rhedeg mewn gobaith i godi ymwybyddiaeth ac arian at achos arbennig iawn, Cymdeithas Clefyd Motor Neuron er cof am Gwyneth Mair Williams. 

To keep me company, Cian, Lena and Elian will be also taking part in the junior race. We will be running in the hope to raise awareness and funds for a very special cause, Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of Gwyneth Mair Williams.
