Hello! My name is Aoife and I am 21 years of age. I was diagnosed with small cell ovarian cancer in December 2021. I’ve gone through a lot of fighting in the past few weeks which feels like forverr but has been a very quick and fast journey. My journey is only starting and I am trying my hardest to raise awareness for ovarian cancer. Before I got diagnosed I had no idea ovarian cancer existed and I’m sure not many others are aware of it either so my aim is to raise awareness and spread the word of its signs and symptoms. 

I am doing this fundraiser walk to raise money for a charity close to me which is Ovacare. They are an ovarian cancer based charity and the money raised goes towards research for ovarian cancer. I would love if you could all come to the walk in Malahide Castle on the 26th of March. After the walk I will be hoping to go back to a cafe where we can go back for coffee & cake, everyone is welcome to join in on the walk or if you can’t attend the walk you can also come down to the cafe afterwards for a chat!😁 Thank you so much for following my journey if you have been and for all the love and support❤️
