Rob, myself and our good friends Jules, Dean and Nigel are again taking part in the 8 mile Hospiscare Men’s walk in memory of our dear wife, sister and friend Helen.

Hospiscare provide essential end of life care for patients both in the hospice and in their own homes as they did with Helen.

This year the event falls on what would have been Helen’s 51st birthday so will be even more emotional than normal.

Please sponsor us whatever you can for this amazing local charity who provide such essential support to patients and their families, every pound really does count.
